How does Intelis fit in?
Intelis is the intelligence capability within the ecosystem. It supports our deeper security investigations into suspicious infrastructure, external exposure and threat activity, with human-reviewed, confidence-based findings.
How we work
Do you tie us into rigid packages?
No. We scope agreements around your users, devices, servers, applications, support hours, security requirements and geographic complexity. Package tiers are a starting point, not a straitjacket.
How do engagements start?
Most clients begin with a Technology & Security Baseline Review, followed by a paid onboarding stage (enrolment, monitoring, security deployment, documentation and portal setup) and then a monthly recurring agreement. IT consultancy and fractional CTO retainers can also start from a scoped conversation.
Do you support businesses outside Spain?
Yes. We support organisations across Europe and internationally, delivered remotely. Onsite coverage beyond our core region is stated honestly and coordinated with partners where a genuine arrangement exists.
