Context
What we see in construction & facilities
Construction and facilities businesses have an office problem and a field problem, and they are not the same problem. In the office there is job management, scheduling, procurement and a pile of compliance documentation. In the field there are tablets and phones in vans and on sites, used in dust and rain by people who will abandon any system that takes too long to load.
That gap is where support usually breaks down. Devices get replaced ad hoc, so nobody knows what is out there or who has it. Site photos and reports sit on personal phones. Someone leaves and their tablet leaves with them. We bring the estate under management — an inventory that is accurate, devices enrolled and protected, applications supported, and access removed properly when a subcontractor or crew member moves on.
On the office side we support the job-management, asset and procurement platforms and coordinate with their vendors, keep the documents backed up and recoverable, and secure identity and email. We support compliance-document systems technically; we do not certify regulatory compliance, and safety and building-regulation obligations remain yours.

Can you support field and mobile devices?
Yes — device lifecycle management and endpoint security extend to laptops, tablets and mobile devices used on site.
Our crews use their own phones. Is that a problem?
It is manageable, but it needs a decision rather than a drift. We can secure company applications and data on personal devices, or move the business onto managed hardware, and we will set out honestly what each approach costs and covers.
What happens to a device when someone leaves mid-project?
Access is revoked centrally, company data on the device is removed where the device is managed, and the asset record is updated so you know what is outstanding.
Do you support the site apps our subcontractors use?
We support the platforms your business runs and coordinate with their vendors. Subcontractor access to those platforms is handled as external access, with issuing and removal treated carefully.
Can you help when a site has no usable internet?
We advise on options and coordinate connectivity with specialist partners where equipment or a dedicated line is needed. We will also tell you plainly when a system simply will not work reliably in those conditions.
