Specialist Business Software Support
We learn the systems your business depends on.
Most providers stop at Microsoft 365 and antivirus. We document your specialist applications, own the support process and coordinate vendor escalation — even where another supplier owns the software.

Overview
Many managed IT providers support only computers, Microsoft 365 and basic networking, and refuse responsibility the moment a problem involves specialist software. We take a different approach. During onboarding we document your specialist applications, workflows, dependencies and escalation routes — then own the support process and coordinate resolution, without ever falsely claiming to be the software developer or an authorised vendor.
We own the support process, even where another supplier owns the software.

Questions
Good to know
Do you claim to be the vendor for our software?
No. We own the communication and resolution process and coordinate with the software vendor. We never claim to be the developer or an authorised vendor unless that is genuinely the case.
What if our software is niche or industry-specific?
That is exactly the point of this service. We learn it during onboarding, document it, and become your first point of contact for it — from clinical practice systems to job-management platforms.
