Computer help for people, not just companies
A free diagnosis, a fixed price, and an honest answer.
Most of our work is for businesses, but the same technicians can look at a personal computer. You contact us, we look at the machine with you, and you are told what is wrong before you are asked to pay for anything.
What we help with
The two things people ask us about most
Both start the same way: we look at the machine with you and tell you what is actually wrong, for free.
- Adverts or pop-ups appearing over pages, or when no browser is open
- A full-screen warning telling you to call a phone number, which will not close
- Your homepage or search engine changed to something you did not choose
- Takes several minutes to be usable after switching on
- Freezes or stops responding when a few things are open at once
- The fan runs constantly, or the machine gets hot doing very little
How we work
What you will and will not get from us
This part matters more than the technical work. Read it before you deal with anyone about your computer, including us.
We will not ring you out of the blue to say something is wrong with your computer. Anyone who does is running a scam, whatever company name they give. You get in touch with us.
You find out what is actually wrong at no cost — including when the answer is that nothing needs doing, or that the machine is not worth repairing.
If there is work worth doing, we tell you the price before we start. It does not change afterwards, and nothing is charged if you decide not to go ahead.
One job, one price. We do not sell multi-year plans, and we will not ask you to prepay for years of support you may never use.
You see everything on your own screen while we work, and the connection ends the moment you close the app. We do not need your passwords.
This is remote support. If the fault is hardware, or the machine will not start, we will tell you plainly instead of taking the job on.

How it works
- 01 Tell us what it is doing
Describe the problem in your own words — how it behaves, and when it started. There is no form of technical knowledge required.
- 02 We look at it with you
We arrange a time and connect to your computer only while you are there, with your permission, using a session you can end at any moment.
- 03 You get the finding, free
We explain what we found in plain language, whether or not there is any work to do, and what it would cost if there is.
- 04 You decide
If you want it fixed, we do it at the agreed price. If not, that is the end of it and there is nothing to pay.
Sessions run through Elite Remote Support. You are sent what you need when the session is arranged — there is nothing to install permanently, and it only runs while you have it open.
Questions
Before you get in touch
Do you cold-call people about their computer?
No, never. We will not telephone you unprompted to say something is wrong with your computer. Anyone who does that is running a scam, whatever company name they give you. You contact us.
How much does it cost to find out what is wrong?
Nothing. The diagnosis is free, including when the answer is that nothing needs doing or that the machine is not worth repairing. If there is work worth doing we quote a fixed price first and you decide.
Do I have to take out a subscription?
No. One job, one agreed price. We do not sell multi-year support plans and we will not ask you to prepay for years of cover.
Can you fix any computer remotely?
No, and we will tell you when we cannot. The machine has to switch on and reach the internet. Hardware faults, a computer that will not start, and fitting parts are all outside what remote support can do.
Can you see my files while you are connected?
You watch the entire session on your own screen, and it ends the moment you close the app. We do not need your passwords and will not ask you to type them while we are connected.
Do you only work with businesses?
Most of our work is managed IT for businesses, but the same technicians handle personal computers. It is the same people and the same standards, scoped to a single job.
