Hospitality
PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi and reservation systems — supported end to end.
Hospitality groups run property-management and booking systems, point-of-sale, guest Wi-Fi and payment terminals — often across multiple sites. We support these systems, secure the networks and payments, and keep guest-facing technology dependable.
Context
What we see in hospitality
Hospitality technology fails in public. A slow back-office system is an annoyance; a till that will not take a card at eight on a Saturday, or a booking engine that drops a channel’s reservations, is lost revenue and a review you cannot delete. The systems are also unusually exposed — guest Wi-Fi invites strangers onto your network by design, and payment terminals sit in rooms anyone can walk into.
Multi-site operators feel this hardest, because each venue has grown its own arrangement: a different internet provider, a POS installed by whoever was available, a Wi-Fi setup added when the terrace was extended. We work through that estate site by site — documenting what is there, separating guest traffic from the systems that run the business, and getting each venue onto a supported footing rather than a personal favour.
Then we keep it running: POS and property-management support with the vendor coordination that goes with it, monitored connectivity, endpoint and payment-adjacent security, and out-of-hours awareness that matches when hospitality actually trades. We support the technology around payments and operations; card-scheme certification is obtained from qualified specialists.
Failure points
What typically goes wrong
Guests and tills on the same network
Guest Wi-Fi sharing a network with point-of-sale and back-office systems is the most common thing we find and the most worth fixing. Proper separation is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
The POS supplier only answers office hours
Trade happens in the evening and at weekends. We hold the vendor relationship, know the escalation route, and cover the first line ourselves so a Saturday fault is not waiting until Monday.
Every site set up differently
Different providers, different kit, different passwords per venue. Documenting and standardising the estate turns a collection of one-off arrangements into something that can be supported consistently.
Seasonal staff, permanent accounts
Summer teams arrive and leave, and their logins usually stay. Named accounts and a defined leaver process keep the access list honest through the season.

Questions
Good to know
Can you support multiple venues?
Yes — multi-site support and coordination is part of the model, with partner-coordinated networking where advanced connectivity is required.
Is guest Wi-Fi safe to run alongside our tills?
Only if they are properly separated. Guest access should sit on its own network with no route to point-of-sale or back-office systems. Where that needs advanced network equipment we coordinate it with specialist partners.
Do you cover evenings and weekends?
Support hours are agreed with you and set against when you actually trade, rather than a standard office week. What is covered — and what an out-of-hours response looks like — is written down before you need it.
Can you make us PCI compliant?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. We support the technology around payments — network separation, endpoint security, patching, access control — and can evidence it. Card-scheme certification itself comes from qualified specialists.
What happens if the internet goes down at one site?
We monitor connectivity, deal with the provider on your behalf, and agree in advance what the venue falls back to so service can continue while the line is restored.
