International & Remote-First Businesses
European foundation. International support.
Established as a Spanish corporate entity in 2016 and based in Fuengirola, Málaga, Elite Security Europe supports organisations across Europe and internationally. That includes British-owned businesses in Spain, international companies operating in Europe, UAE-based companies, remote-first teams and globally distributed infrastructure — delivered remotely, with onsite coverage stated honestly rather than claimed universally.
Context
What we see in international & remote-first businesses
Businesses that operate across borders end up with a support gap nobody planned. A British-owned company in Spain has staff who want help in English, suppliers and banking in two countries, and paperwork in both. A remote-first team has no office to send anyone to. An international group has infrastructure in one region, people in another and no obvious owner for the space between them.
Our model suits that, because it was built remotely first. Support runs across time zones rather than a single local office hour; devices are managed wherever they are; identity, email and cloud infrastructure are handled centrally, so where a laptop physically sits stops being the deciding factor. Being established in Spain since 2016 and working with British-owned and international businesses means the cross-border realities — two languages, two sets of suppliers, staff moving between countries — are normal here rather than an exception.
We are equally clear about the limit. Remote support genuinely covers most of what an organisation needs. Onsite work happens in our region, or elsewhere through partner arrangements where a real one exists — we do not claim global onsite coverage we cannot deliver, and we would rather tell you that before you sign than after.
Failure points
What typically goes wrong
Support that stops at the border
A provider who covers the head office and shrugs at the rest. Remote-first delivery treats every location the same, with onsite stated honestly for the places we or a partner genuinely reach.
Devices that arrive unconfigured
New starters in another country receiving a laptop nobody has set up. Managed enrolment means a device can be shipped anywhere and come up configured, protected and ready.
Identity spread across regions
Separate accounts and directories per country, with no single view of who can reach what. Consolidating identity and access is usually the first thing worth doing.
Nobody owning the space between offices
Cloud infrastructure, VPNs and shared platforms fall between local providers. We take that middle layer as ours and coordinate with whoever holds the rest.

Questions
Good to know
Do you support businesses outside Europe?
Yes, remotely — including UAE-based companies and international remote teams. Onsite work beyond our region is coordinated with partners where a genuine arrangement exists.
What are your support hours across time zones?
Cover is agreed against where your people actually work rather than a fixed local office day. What is included, and what happens outside it, is written into the agreement.
Can you support English-speaking staff in Spain?
Yes. We work with British-owned businesses in Spain routinely, in English, while dealing with local suppliers and providers where the situation calls for it.
How do new starters in other countries get set up?
Devices are enrolled centrally, so hardware can be shipped to a home address and come up configured, protected and joined to your systems without anyone visiting in person.
What if we genuinely need someone on site somewhere you do not cover?
We will say so, and either coordinate a partner where a real arrangement exists or help you engage a local provider and stay the constant behind them. What we will not do is claim coverage we do not have.
