We learn the systems your sector runs on.

We support organisations of roughly 5 to 250 users across professional and operational sectors — documenting the specialist software each one depends on and taking responsibility for the whole environment around it.

Why sector matters

The specialist application is the business

Generic IT support draws its boundary at the operating system. Anything below it — the laptop, the network, the mailbox — is covered; the application your business actually runs on is "the vendor's problem". That boundary is convenient for the provider and useless for you, because the thing that stops your day is almost never Windows. It is the practice-management system that will not open, the point-of-sale that will not authorise, or the case system that has lost a mapped drive.

We draw the line somewhere more useful. At onboarding we learn and document the specialist software each sector depends on, who supplies it, how it is configured and what it connects to. Then we take first-line ownership of it: your team calls one number, and we coordinate with the software vendor when a fix genuinely belongs with them. What we will not do is claim to be the developer of software we did not write, or certify compliance we are not qualified to certify.

Underneath that, every engagement shares the same foundation regardless of sector — identity and email security, managed devices, patching, endpoint protection, monitored and tested backups, and a documented recovery path. The sector determines the specialist systems and the rhythm of the work: a dental practice cannot lose imaging mid-list, a hospitality group trades hardest at the weekend, an accountancy firm has weeks in the year when nothing may be touched.

Questions

Good to know

What does sector-specific IT support actually mean?

It means the specialist application your business runs on is inside the support boundary rather than outside it. We learn your practice-management, case-management, property or point-of-sale platform at onboarding, document it, and become the first number your team calls — coordinating with the vendor when the fix belongs with them.

Our sector is not listed. Can you still help?

Usually, yes. These pages cover the sectors we see most often, not a closed list. The pattern is the same across all of them: a specialist application, the environment around it, and a business that cannot afford it to stop. Tell us what you run and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Do you support the specialist software itself, or just the computers?

Both, within a clear boundary. We support the application day to day — access, configuration, integration, performance, user problems — and hold the relationship with the software vendor for anything that requires their development or licensing involvement.

How big does a business need to be?

We typically support organisations of roughly 5 to 250 users. Below that the numbers sometimes do not justify a managed service, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than sell you one.
